Turks & Caicos
Vindel Kerr, centre front row in red & white striped tie, recently spoke at a Development Bank Conference held at The Palms in the Turks and Caicos Islands during November 23-24, 2006. The Conference was sponsored by UN ECLA, CDB and TC Invest. Mr. Kerr spoke on the topic: A Corporate Governance Solution for Development Banks. Representatives from more than 60 development banking institutions from the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe were in attendance.

The Republic of Dominica

The event took place during April 2006 at the Fort Young Hotel, The Republic of Dominica and was hosted by Dominic Social Security, Eastern Caribbean.
